Larry Emdur roasts wife Sylvie for leaving her ‘bra’ on the table in amusing Instagram post

They’ve been happily married for 26 years now.

But Larry Emdur and wife Sylive still have their disagreements, with Larry, 56, apparently blowing up about one such argument in a Wednesday Instagram post.

‘Now all of a sudden she thinks it’s ok for her to leave her bra on the dining room table,’ fumed the TV star… but it wasn’t as clear cut as it all seemed.

Upon closer inspection, the ‘bra’ appeared to be a pair of white face masks.

However, the new host of The Chase still fumed, ‘I don’t want to say we’re giving each other the s**ts during lockdown but I’m sorry this is wrong!!!!

He continued, ‘Sylvie always yells at me (in a very sexy European way) for leaving my undies on the floor and now all of a sudden she thinks it’s ok for her to leave her bra on the dining room table…’

‘I just don’t think it’s fair. #love&marriage #inloveinlockdown’.

Larry and Sylive tied the knot in 1995 and share two children together.

The amusing outburst comes after Channel 7 announced Emdur’s episodes of their game show The Chase will drop soon.

The network will unveil episodes of the new-look program on July 26, according to TV Blackbox

The initial episodes will be reduced from their regular one hour length to 30 minutes so that they can be aired during Seven’s Olympic coverage.

The quiz show will ‘return to its regular one-hour format in August,’ according to the industry gossip site.

Meanwhile, former host Andrew O’Keefe’s final new episode will air on July 20.

The news comes after O’Keefe, 49, appeared before Sydney’s Waverley Local Court last month, charged with three counts of assaulting his ex-lover of two years, Dr Orly Lavee.

Two of the charges, which occurred at their home in Randwick, were dismissed on mental health grounds – although his lawyers indicated he would have otherwise pleaded guilty to them.

A third assault charge related to an alleged incident at Kangaroo Valley earlier this year was withdrawn by prosecutors.

The court heard O’Keefe, who suffers bipolar and substance abuse disorders, was in a ‘hyper-manic’ state when he assaulted Dr Lavee at their home on January 30 after the couple attended a birthday party in Surry Hills.

That evening Dr Lavee, a respected hospital blood expert, placed her hand in O’Keefe’s pocket and accused him of carrying an ice pipe, which he denied.

Dr Lavee didn’t believe him, sparking a row which only escalated further when they arrived home, according to a fact sheet read out by Magistrate Ross Hudson.

An apprehended violence order was left in place between the former couple.

When Daily Mail Australia asked O’Keefe outside court if his television career was over, he said: ‘I’m not sure if I’m over or if TV’s over.’
