‘No pain, no gain!’ Denham Hitchcock shows off his buff physique as he works out alongside 11-month-old daughter Kaia
He’s the former Sunday Night known for his shredded physique.
And on Thursday, Denham Hitchcock snuck in a cheeky work out alongside his 11-month-old daughter Kaia aboard the boat he calls home with wife Mari.
Posting to his Instagram, the journalist looked fit as a fiddle as he flaunted his impressive physique with his gym partner, the adorable tot.

‘That’s right munchkin. No pain – no gain,’ he captioned the adorable video.
Little Kaia seems to mirror her father in the footage, dropping to her knees to engage in some pushups.
In 2017, Denham and his wife bought a rundown second-hand yacht, called Latitude, and restored it for two years before setting sail from Sydney to Lord Howe Island.

By 2019, the couple posted their journey to their YouTube channel Endless Horizon.
‘After almost two years of hard work, mornings, nights and weekends, we think she’s ready to cross an ocean,’ he said in a video at the time
‘The joys of living on a boat. You see all the days with the sunshine, and the surfing, and the snorkeling, and the sailing, and the sunny weather with the sun coming up,’ he added.

In August 2020, the couple welcomed baby girl Kaia who was born at Gold Coast Private hospital.
Denham worked on Channel Seven’s current affairs program, Sunday Night, which was cancelled in 2019.
He still freelances as a reporter for Channel Seven.
