‘I don’t know how to cope with her’: Love Island’s Cara De La Hoyde breaks down as she admits baby daughter Delilah is ‘hard work’ and wouldn’t stop crying for 45 minutes

Love Island‘s Cara De La Hoyde sobbed to her fans on Wednesday, admitting that she ‘can’t cope’ with daughter Delilah, who is one is two weeks time.

Cara, 31, reached out to her 1.1million Instagram followers and begged them for tips after Delilah wouldn’t stop crying for 45 minutes.

She began the video by saying: ‘So I genuinely need help. I’ve just rung Nathan crying, I don’t know what to do.’

Notably emotional, she continued: ‘Delilah’s just such hard work. I know everyone we spoke to said it’s lockdown babies, but Fred weren’t like this.

‘I don’t know how to cope with her. You can’t walk out of the room, you can’t put her down. 

The former Love Island star appeared distressed as she asked fans not to judge her.

‘She’s in her playpen now, she’s safe. Don’t judge me. People go: “You’ve got to leave them”, but honestly, she will cry for like 45 minutes non-stop and get herself in a state where she can’t breathe.

‘It’s just really draining. I’ve got a house to run, I’ve got work commitments.’

A sense of urgency in her tone, the mother-of-two added: ‘Literally, I can’t get nothing done. I don’t know what to do, I don’t know where we go for help.’

It was then she flagged up a ‘tips’ box on her Instagram story, asking fans to give some.

‘As if butter wouldn’t melt’ she penned, accompanied by the eye rolling emoji. 

Cara shares Delilah with husband Nathan Massey, 29 – and they also have a son Freddy, who’s three.

The couple met on Love Island in 2016 and went on to win the series. They married in 2019  after Freddy was born at the end of 2017.
