Her outing comes after the starlet endured a punishing Pilates class at the private studio in LA, Forma Pilates earlier on Thursday.
Cara headed up to the exclusive exercise class with her friend Alexa Davis, who took a commemorative mirror selfie in their exercise gear together.

Alexa captioned the image ‘One of us got through the workout and one of us fell off the reformer’. She then asked her followers to guess who fell off the Pilates equipment with a poll.
