The Wiggles’ Emma Watkins puts her VERY pink East Ryde home on the market for $1.6million as she reveals her plans to move out of Sydney


Emma Watkins revealed she’s planning on moving out of Sydney, after listing her East Ryde home for $1.6million.

According to a report by Domain on Friday, the 31-year-old Wiggles star decided to list the property after receiving multiple expressions of interest.

She also wants to move closer to her parents, who have since moved out of Sydney, where Emma was born and raised.

‘I was lucky enough to grow up in Ryde and I love the area and community,’ the Yellow Wiggle told Domain. 

‘My parents have moved away from Sydney and now I have been looking at places to be closer to them.

‘I’m sad to be leaving this beautiful home and area for the moment, but the new owners can look forward to making really special memories here.’

There’ll be a first inspection on the property this weekend, with inspections available via private appointments only.

While it’s not know where Emma is moving to, she purchased the three-bedroom home in March 2019 for $1.3million.

It’s scheduled to go to auction on August 7, with new floors installed and the addition of soft pink interiors.

Emma previously owned an apartment in Wollstonecraft on Sydney’s lower north shore, which she sold for $2.05million in 2017 after just two weeks on the market.
