Annabelle O’Regan and Lauren Jenkins became the first Bachelor contestants to miss out on a rose on Wednesday.
The two women were sent home shortly after their arrival in a double elimination during this year’s premiere episode.
Meanwhile, fellow hopeful Jay Lal was handed the coveted key to the ‘business lounge’ by Bachelor Jimmy Nicholson.

‘If you receive this key, you will have exclusive access to the business lounge for as long as you remain living here at the mansion,’ explained host Osher Günsberg.
‘It’s somewhere that you can have uninterrupted time alone with the Bachelor, the kind of time alone with someone that can really help love blossom.’
Osher, 47, then told the ladies that Jimmy would be handing the key to someone before the end of the first cocktail party.

Pulling Jay aside for a one-on-one chat, Jimmy, 31, revealed she had grabbed his attention from the moment she walked in.
‘From the moment you came down the red carpet, you definitely caught my eye. I really want to get to know you…’ he said, before presenting her with the key.
An incredulous Jay, 31, couldn’t believe her luck, but happily accepted Jimmy’s offer of both the first rose and the key.

‘I just got given the first rose and also the key to the business lounge from Jimmy, so hopefully he doesn’t get sick of me because I’ve got this key forever now, so… Good luck, Jimmy,’ she joked.
