‘I am not a fish!’ Good Morning Britain’s Laura Tobin squeals in shock as a penguin BITES her live on air
Good Morning Britain‘s Laura Tobin was given quite the shock on Thursday’s edition of the show when she was bitten by a penguin.
The weather presenter, 39, was giving her daily report from the Chessington World of Adventures Resort and was surrounded by the adorable birds as they were being fed by a staff member when one bit her leg.
Laura was seen in a light blue playsuit that was cut high on her thigh to show off her slender legs, but this meant they were exposed to the penguins.

Giving her report as the penguins were fed, Laura said: ‘If we look at the seven day outlook, temperatures remain way, way above average.
‘These high temperatures into the high 30s, but tail off into the low 20s as we head through the weekend and next week.
‘The percentage chance of rainfall over the next few days is low, but from Saturday onwards it is high.’
But suddenly Laura squealed in pain after a penguin had bitten her, and she yelped: ‘Ow! I haven’t got any food. The penguins must think I am the food… I’m not a fish!’

Ouch! Laura squealed in pain after a penguin had bitten her, and she yelped: ‘Ow! I haven’t got any food. The penguins must think I am the food… I’m not a fish!’
Meanwhile, this week on Good Morning Britain Ben Shephard had to co-host with his feet up on Monday, as he returned to the show two weeks after undergoing an operation.
The 46-year-old TV presenter went under the knife to repair his ruptured ACL and torn meniscus a few weeks ago, and he admitted on the programme his recovery is ‘so far so good’.
Speaking alongside co-host Susanna Reid, he said: ‘I just thought, I’ve been off for a few weeks, I’m going to start ringing the changes.
‘So far so good’: Meanwhile, this week on GMB Ben Shephard had to co-host with his feet up on Monday, as he returned to the show two weeks after undergoing an operation
‘I feel like I should be able to do the show with my feet up.
‘But it’s so far so good. It’ll be two weeks tomorrow post-operation.’
Susanna used her own camera to give GMB viewers a closer look at Ben’s new setup as he sat with his leg propped up on a stool.

Ben thanked the GMB viewers for their heartfelt wishes, but joked his wife Annie was the one who has been ‘really struggling’.
He quipped: ‘Thank you for all your lovely messages, it’s been lovely to think you all care.
‘If it’s at all possible, could you send some of that love to my wife as she’s the one who is really struggling.’
