Holly Willoughby shows off her shorter choppy bob and natural beauty after her morning meditation session

Holly Willoughby showed off her new choppy bob on Instagram on Thursday.

The 40-year-old looked stunning as she wore minimal make-up after revealing she had enjoyed a morning meditation session. 

The TV broadcaster is currently taking a break from her presenting job on This Morning for the summer, but is set to appear on The One Show on Thursday to promote her new show Take Off with Bradley Walsh.

The fresh faced beauty wore a tan shawl around her shoulders, with a crescent moon necklace placed in the centre of her chest.  

She posed with greenery as a backdrop while enjoying the the sun in the British heatwave. 

Many of her followers were quick to comment on the image to compliment her new look.

She captioned the post: ‘Morning meditation complete and breathing in the possibility of a new day… ✨ See you on the @bbctheoneshow tonight at 7pm’ with a white love heart emoji.  

The TV presenter posted a trailer for the new series Take Off on her Instagram, with the caption: ‘Morning! How are you?… just got sent this through of my new show with it’s called Take off… it starts this Saturday at 6pm on… @bbc.’ 

She continued: ‘So much fun was had filming this one and working with a total genius/wally #wallywalsh #takeoff #holiday’ with a laughing face and aeroplane emoji. 

The show, which will air on the channel, will see members of the public compete for a place on a dream holiday. 

It was originally just a one-off Christmas special, but has now been made into a four-part series.  

Take Off will air on BBC One on Saturday 24th July.
