Footy WAG Alex Pike is in the best shape of her life as she prepares to turn 45. 

And on Thursday, the statuesque brunette offered some advice on ageing. 

Alex shared a post saying what most people think of as ‘ageing’ is actually ‘abnormal ageing,’ encouraging followers to take care of their health.

‘Getting older is inevitable, but aging is not,’ the post read.

‘What society thinks of as aging – poor memory and aches and pains – is actually abnormal aging. It doesn’t have to be like this.’   

Alex, a celebrity cosmetic injector by trade, regularly shares her secrets to staying young and keeping fit.

The mother-of-three has been open about her face and body transformation over the last two years, which she credits to the viral #75HARD Challenge.  

It involves twice-daily workouts, calorie counting, a clean diet with no cheat meals, reading non-fiction books every day and much more.

Speaking to the Curious Conversations podcast in March, Alex said she’s never felt more ’empowered’ than she does at her age.

‘I used to hide my age and be very ashamed because there’s such a stigma for women,’ she said.  

‘I hate when people say, “You’re really hot for a mum”. It’s like, really? Do I have to be attractive for a mum? Can’t I just be attractive? I don’t want to be good for my age. I want to be good.’

She also admitted she’s had a little help with maintaining her youthful visage.

‘I ended up having the treatment – just my frown line,’ she admitted.

‘And when it started to take effect, I could not believe the difference and I then started getting more modelling [jobs] because I was looking super fresh.’

She also drinks four litres of water a day, downing three litres while she’s working at her clinic and then another litre at home in the evening.
