The professional footballer, 28, took to Instagram to wish his partner a happy birthday, sharing a sweet snap as she posed with a balloon arch.
In his gushing post, Harry called Fern ‘beautiful’ and said that he and their two daughters Lillie Saint, two, and Piper Rose, 14 months, loved her.

Fern, who is from Harry’s hometown of Sheffield, has been dating the footballer since 2011, when the two were just teenagers.
Fern clearly shares her beau’s love for football, having graduated from university with a first class honours in science and physiotherapy in 2017.
The couple got engaged in 2018, after Harry proposed with a sizable square-cut diamond ring on a diamond-encrusted band.
Fern took to Instagram soon after and revealed that Harry had asked her to marry him during a romantic getaway to Paris.

Fern’s Instagram, which boasts a 30k following, shows she has been one of Harry’s biggest supporters from the start, after he began his career with Sheffield, and moved onto Hull City and then Leicester City.
After his impressive performance playing for England in the World Cup, he was announced as Manchester United’s latest addition last Monday, with Fern writing on Instagram: ‘What an incredible journey you have been on.’
She added: ‘Just when I think you couldn’t make me any prouder than I already am, you pull something else out the bag.
‘Here’s to your next chapter, I can’t wait to be by your side supporting you through everything & anything’, Fern concluded.
The couple also enjoy an array of exotic holidays, with pictures over the last year showing them enjoying a private pool in Santorini and a yacht ride in Barbados, a break to Ibiza, and a selfie in front of the Eiffel Tower, in France.
Despite sharing much of their glamorous lives online, they have kept their pregnancies quiet, announcing the birth of Lillie in April 2019, though they have never shown her face, they also welcomed daughter Piper in May 2020.
