With the Tokyo Olympics underway, Australia’s best and brightest athletes are gearing up to compete in the hopes of winning gold.
But when they’re not away for competitions or training hard in their chosen sports, they’re likely to be unwinding at home.
A report by realestate.com.au on Friday offered a peek inside the stunning homes of some of Australia’s most beloved sports stars as they take on Tokyo.

Ash Barty
The 25-year-old Wimbledon winner owns a modest four-bedroom house in Springfield Lakes, which is an hour outside of Brisbane.
Ash purchased the home back in 2018 for $650,000, and owns another property in nearby Augustine Heights, which she bought for $243,036 in 2016.
According to a report by The Courier Mail last week, Ash is in the process of building her ‘forever’ home in Brookwater, a suburb in Ipswich, Queensland.

The 32-year-old basketball star and Olympic flag bearer owns two homes in the USA, which is where he’s lived for the past few years.
He resides in a historic landmark residence in San Antonio, Texas, where he plays for the San Antonio Spurs.
Patty also owns a second ocean-front home on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, which he purchased for $2.609million.

Sally Fitzgibbons
The 30-year-old professional surfer owns a home in Gerroa on the NSW South Coast, which is where she was born and raised.
She paid paid $1.225million for the beach house, which backs onto the ocean and is close by to the famed Seven Mile Beach.
Sally also owns a two-bedroom apartment in one of the Jewel towers on the Gold Coast, which she purchased back in 2016.
