Locky Gilbert’s season cast of The Bachelor were arguably the most unruly bunch of that the show has ever seen.

The cast repeatedly broke their strict Channel Ten contracts by brazenly revealing spoilers, colluding with the paparazzi and sharing unauthorized posts on social media.

However, it looks like Ten’s publicity department has come up with a brutal punishment to stop Jimmy Nicholson’s contenders from going rogue.

Warner Brothers have offered contestants their coveted blue tick alongside a whopping $5,000, which they’ll have to forfeit if they’re in breach of their contract.

With the future of Bachelor In Paradise up-in-the-air production and Ten had to get creative to avoid spoilers from being leaked online.

‘Warner Bros learnt from the fame hungry girls of season eight who were obsessed with getting followers,’ a source told Daily Mail Australia.

The insider added: ‘To ensure Jimmy’s girls did not go rogue, they’re controlling their social media accounts  for the first time, and compensating their silence with $5k.’

‘BIP [Bachelor In Paradise] is not happening, they needed something to convince the girls to stay silent.’

The production source went on to describe last year’s cast as a ‘mess’ and claimed that the girls couldn’t be controlled by the network.

It comes after a disgruntled star went rogue and told Daily Mail Australia that Locky was ‘uneducated’ in person, ‘couldn’t talk’ and used ‘bogan words like youse’.

‘He doesn’t even know how to talk. Like, he uses the word “youse”,’ Nadine Kodsi seethed ahead of the show’s premiere last year.

The Bachelor continues Wednesday at 7.30pm on Ten
