Teddi Mellencamp was spotted leaving a nail salon in Encino, California this Tuesday after suffering a nasty fall over the weekend.
The 40-year-old reality star’s injuries were largely hidden behind her mask, although a bruise under one of her eyes was visible.

Teddi had revealed Sunday on Instagram that she had her own health scare when she fainted while getting up in the middle of the night.
The 40-year-old former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star showed off her cut lip and bruised face in closeup while sharing the details of her late-night injury.
In the closeup photo, Teddi blacked out the background to focus on her face, which had a swollen pink spot under one of her eyes and a bloodied raised scab to the side of her bottom lip.
Teddi began her post by asking for any ‘tips’ on how to cure her ‘Vertigo.’

‘At 4am, Slate yelled out for me to please come to her room and as any Mom would I jumped up at mock speed and sprinted in there,’ she explained. ‘By time I got to her room, my eyes went black and I fainted and busted open my cheek and lip.
‘Luckily all was good with Slate and something worse didn’t happen to me…that being said, I can’t go onto Webmd because it’s sends me spiraling so any tips appreciated,’ she continued.
The reality start concluded by vowing to make a doctor’s appointment on Monday.

All alone: The terrifying event was even worse in security cam footage, which showed her running away from the swarm of bees following close behind before jumping in her pool
Kyle, who’s severely allergic to bee stings, revealed on Sunday that she had accidentally run into a beehive the day before.
A swarm of angry bees then chased her around her back yard, which she shared video security cam footage.
Before running inside, she stopped because the bees were stuck in her hair and kept stinging her. In order to get them out she jumped into her pool out of desperation.
The allergy scare got even worse after her EpiPen failed to work, and she couldn’t get her landline to dial 911.
Eventually, firefighters and paramedics got her to the hospital, where she was able to be treated for her reaction.

The pain and discomfort wasn’t enough to keep her from her regular exercise routine, though, which she also documented in her Insta Stories.
Later in the day she queried her fans for an solutions to help her lip heal quickly so that she could shoot a video on Tuesday.
