Sophie Monk lists her $1.1million Gold Coast property for rent at $1,200 per week

Beauty and the Geek host Sophie Monk has listed her property in Helensvale on the Gold Coast, for rent.

The 41-year-old purchased the five-bedroom waterfront home for $1.1million in 2016.

Sophie is offering a 12-month lease for the property that sits on a sprawling 4018sq block.

Leasing agent Brent Martens, from Harcourts Coastal, told Realestate.com.au, a home on a large block is rare to find.

‘It feels as though you are living in a peaceful country estate but it’s still really close to everything you need with shops and good schools in the area so it’s an ideal family home,’ he said.

Mr Martens also said there has already been a lot of interest in the property and an application is currently being processed.

The renovated property has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a boat ramp with direct ocean access.
