Luxe Listings Sydney star Simon Cohen buys $5.5million apartment in Potts Point with views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House

High-end real estate agent and star of Amazon Prime reality show Luxe Listings Sydney Simon Cohen has snapped up his own luxury home.

The 36-year-old purchased a three-bedroom apartment in the cosmopolitan suburb of Potts Point, for about $5.5million, reports realestate.com.au.

The home’s biggest drawcard is its spectacular views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

There is also master suite with its own walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite. 

The kitchen, situated next to the open-plan living and dining room, comes kitted out with top-end Miele appliances.

Tall glass sliding doors lead out to the terrace, allowing natural light to flow into the main part of the home.

The incredible views Sydney’s landmarks can be seen from the expansive balcony, which has room for an outdoor dining table.

Simon’s new acquisition also features amenities including secure parking, a concierge, indoor pool, spa and sauna.

He recently told Daily Mail Australia he would consider being the next The Bachelor.

‘I won’t say no, because we’ve enjoyed this, but [Luxe Listings Sydney is] in a league of its own, the way they’ve treated us – there’s no other show I want to be a part of,’ he said.

Simon is about to start filming the second season of Luxe Listings Sydney after it was renewed earlier this month.

He stars in the Amazon Prime reality show alongside fellow elite real estate agents Gavin Rubenstein and D’Leanne Lewis.
