Tara Pavlovic posts an incredible picture where she breastfeeds while eating a burger 

Tara Pavlovic has officially mastered the art of multi-tasking.

The former star of The Bachelor posted an incredible photo where she is breastfeeding her son, Paddy, while eating a burger at a fast food restaurant. 

Tara, 31, shared the picture to Instagram for her 178,000 followers on Friday and made a lengthy public rant about public breastfeeding.  

‘I once heard a quote, ‘A hungry man is an angry one’… let me tell you, this also strongly applies to babies (and breastfeeding mothers I might add),’ she wrote.

Tara goes on to say that she’s ‘always admired’ mums who share ‘unapologetic photos of themselves while nursing their babies.’ 

The reality TV star then tries to bring awareness about breastfeeding in public and how 53% of new mums ‘don’t feel comfortable to breastfeed in public.’ 

‘I’ve partnered with Philips Avent to help drive change and be part of a campaign that supports mothers and their breastfeeding journeys,’ she proudly added.   

‘I share this photo of Paddy and I so that we, along with all of the courageous mums before me, can be a part of the movement that helps to normalise breastfeeding.’

Tara’s post was specially made in conjunction with World Breastfeeding Week, which begins this Sunday, August 1st, and ends on Saturday, August 7th. 

Tara and her husband Nick Shepherdson welcomed Paddy in early May.

The Bachelor alum revealed she was expecting her first child in October, just one month after she wed Nick. 

She rose to fame on Matty ‘J’ Johnson’s season of The Bachelor in 2017.  She later appeared on Bachelor in Paradise.
