The property has polished floorboards throughout most of the living areas, and the renovated kitchen boasts marble benchtops.

Despite its fresh lick of paint, the home retains its original cottage charm, with the mid-sized bedrooms offering a calming white and blue colour scheme.

Yoga devotee Simone will be able to practise her movements on the balcony, which has stunning views of Western Port Bay.

Simone sold her mansion in the upmarket Melbourne suburb of Brighton in April of this year for an undisclosed amount.

While the sale price wasn’t revealed, the property had been listed for between $3.55million and $3.8million.

Marshall White real estate director Matthew Pillios said at the time that everyone involved in the sale was happy with the price.

‘It was a great sale, a very happy vendor, she’s one of the great vendors that we’ve had — and it’s an epic pad,’ he said.

Simone had purchased the property for $2.4million in 2017.

Simone had transformed her 1980s Brighton property into a modern home, and also added an extension to the front.

Simone married ‘Spin King’ Shane in 1995 but they separated in 2005. They tried to save their marriage but split for good two years later.

The former couple share three children: daughters Brooke, 22, and Summer, 19, and son Jackson, 21.
