According to a reported in The Daily Telegraph on Saturday, Nick and his fashion designer girlfriend Lisa Ho have submitted plans with MidCoast Council in the hopes of constructing a $90 million apartment complex.

Lisa is set to become the interior designer on the project, which will be overseen by architect Wayne Ellis, the paper reports.

Nick said that he hopes to revitalise the formerly ‘sleepy community’ with the slick new development and ‘open a good restaurant’.

‘It’s no longer just for retirees and I think the newcomers deserve something better and more luxurious than the basic property available up here,’ Nick told The Daily Telegraph on Saturday.

Nick was last in the fashion business as owner of Capitol Clothing, while Lisa is a well-known fashion designer who closed her label in 2013.

It comes after Roxy’s divorced parents offloaded their property portfolio, a decade after their marriage fell apart.

As reported by The Sydney Morning Herald last week, the Sydney PR guru’s mother Doreen Davis and father Nick sold a collection of investment properties held in their names for a staggering $78million.

Doreen and Nick built a lucrative empire together in the Australian rag trade during their ill-fated 38-year marriage.

Shortly after marrying, the couple launched Capital Clothing, a thriving fashion business that would generate upwards of $13 million a year.

Roxy’s parents continued to grow their family wealth by branching out into real estate.

However, it all came crashing down in 2011 when Doreen and Nick split in acrimonious circumstances.

While Roxy maintains a close relationship with her mother, she’s made no secret of the fact she’s been estranged from her father since the divorce.
