‘Desperate times call for desperate measures, but this is one we will always remember,’ he wrote underneath the Instagram post.

The Australian television presenter went on to say that the trio decorated his car and personally delivered 30 party boxes of cake and lollies to all of their close friends.

‘We were blown away by the reaction. Signs, presents, music and dancing,’ he wrote underneath the photo.

Steve continued: ‘So much love for my little girl. Proud daddy, happy daughter.’

Speaking with TV Blackbox’s The Ben, Rob, and Robbo Show last month, Steve said his two daughters as his ‘life’ and revealed he decided to quit the show in December 2019 to spend more time with them.

He said the role also took a toll on his family life, with his job sometimes keeping him away from home for five days a week.

‘It is the best job that anyone could ever have in their entire life,’ he began.

Steve went on to say that he doesn’t have any regrets about leaving the program, describing it as ‘the best decision I ever made’.

‘I don’t think a lot of people really understood the amount of effort and time that went into it. It’s exhausting, but it is more rewarding than it is exhausting,’ he said.
