And Kerry Katona showed off the fruits of her labour as she took to Instagram on Tuesday to show off her workout routine.

Kerry has been open about how she uses Skinnyjab, a weight loss injection to suppress appetite – to maintain her slim physique.

In December, Kerry hit out at This Morning after the show criticised her for using the jabs.

The mother-of-five regularly posts online about the controversial £250 Skinnyjabs and has lost two stone since August after using them.

The star’s latest post comes after the television personality revealed her eldest child Molly McFadden, 18, has showed symptoms of coronavirus.

She took to Instagram to reveal her fears for her daughter, who she shares with ex-husband Brian McFadden, and how it’s been a ‘really scary time’ as she struggled to find accurate advice.

However, the star was soon relieved as she sought helped from This Morning’s Dr Ranj, with Kerry later sharing the advice she received to other worried mums.

Kerry also revealed she previously suffered ‘panic attacks’ over fears the global pandemic would leave her stranded and apart from her five children as she enjoyed a Maldives getaway with boyfriend Ryan Mahoney.

The reality personality admitted on Loose Women earlier this month that she was left panicked and tearful at the thought of not getting home to her children Molly, Lilly-Sue, 17, Heidi, 13, Maxwell 11 and Dylan-Jorge, five.

‘Honestly, I had a bit of a panic attack the last three days [about getting home], got really anxious,’ Kerry recounted.

‘As much as I complain, you know what it’s like being a mum, the kids are driving me crazy, I want a bit of a break, the last three days I started getting really bad anxiety.

‘We had a mix up with the plane and I burst into tears and said “I just want to go home” and Ryan’s going, “Look where you are” and I’m going “I know, I just want to get home to the kids!”

‘And within five minutes, they were doing my head in.’
