He is struggling living miles apart from his girlfriend Elizabeth Sobinoff amid the coronavirus pandemic.
And it appears that Married At First Sight star Seb Guilhaus is trying to keep as busy as possible, throwing himself into his work as a personal trainer.
The former AFL star was seen whipping some of his female clients into shape during a training session at Seacliff Beach in Adelaide on Monday.

It comes as Lizzie has shared her heartache after being forced to live apart from her beau.
The reality TV lovebirds are self-isolating in different cities after the coronavirus pandemic resulted in state border closures.
Elizabeth, 29, shared a collage of photos of Seb, 30, to Instagram on Monday, writing in the caption: ‘I’m not physically with you right now, it’s incredibly hard.’
She added: ‘I’m so proud of us and how we navigate our lives together. Being so close but so far. So far away. But I’m yours. You’re mine.
‘Thank you to everyone that has encouraged and been respectful of our relationship. Seb, we got this.’
Elizabeth went on to explain there was more to their relationship than the small snippets they share on social media.
‘Many layers to each other, we have communication and dedication, there is definitely more to us than what meets the eye. Seb, you are my man, my king,’ she wrote.
Seb also shared a similar collage, but his caption was just a series of seemingly unrelated emojis.
Last week, he decided to recreate the viral ‘Flick The Switch’ challenge, which involves at least two people swapping clothes while dancing to a Drake song.
In the footage, Seb traded his dapper suit for his female housemate’s white dress.
His housemate Emma danced to the hip hop song before pretending to ‘flick the switch’ in the room as the clip went black.
When the light returned, the pair had swapped clothing, and Seb was rocking an obscenely short skirt.
As he twirled his hips, Seb accidentally flashed his red underwear to the camera.
‘Me and my housemate Emma a few too many weeks into isolation,’ he wrote in the caption.
He added: ‘This is what four weeks away from Liz does.’
