She celebrated her 50th birthday on Friday, revealing on Loose Women that she achieved her goal of fitting into a pair of jeans she had bought in her 20s.
And Saira Khan spent the evening catching up with her fellow panellists and behind-the-scenes staff by having a zoom, which she shared a photo of via Instagram.
The TV personality chatted the night away with her pals, saying her birthday ‘ended on the biggest high’ thanks to the call.

She spoke with Coleen Nolan, Kaye Adams, Judi Love, Brenda Edwards, Stacey Solomon, Denise Welch, Jane Moore, Nadhia Sawalha, Andrea McLean, several of the teams make-up artists, and warm-up host Lee Peart.
Saira thanked Christine Lampard in particular for the ‘amazing’ present of asking husband Frank to come on the call to wish her a happy birthday.
Spending her big day at home with her family amid the UK’s lockdown, Saira shared her delight earlier in the day when she revealed her impressive weight loss while modelling jeans she couldn’t fit into in February, when she began the challenge.

Saira posted several before and after shots to show her progress during the fitness journey, before sharing a video of her in the jeans and a yellow crop top that showed off her toned abs and slimmer figure.
She wrote in the captions: ‘I did it!! From 2nd Feb 2020 until today May 15th , I’ve been working hard with my PT @bradleysimmonds to fulfil a personal dream.
‘I wanted to feel fit and fab at 50! I honestly can say today, right now, in this moment I am the happiest I have ever been in my life. I have my health, my family and friends and a birthday cake.’

‘I am humbled, by the generosity that has been shown. Gifts sent through the post, left on the doorstep, handmade and all delivered on time.
‘Calls from friends putting together zoom cards. I am blessed. I am grateful. I am humbled. I am a bloody blubbering wreck. Thank you.’
In her video showing off her weight loss, Saira admitted that she had help getting the jeans on but that as she had zipped them up successfully that meant she had reached her goal.

Despite having to stay at home for her birthday, Saira proved that she could have an amazing time indoors with her family.

After the workout, she said with a delighted smile on her face: ‘It was absolutely brilliant he did not stop and you know what it pushes you to the limit and now I feel I am so ready to go and eat cake.’
Saira then showed off her home which was decked out with presents from family and friends, as well as flowers and an array of colourful balloons.
