The Premier League team coverage next season was completed when Fulham defeated Brentford 2-1 in the promotion round at Wembley on Tuesday night. All goals for the match were scored in extra time. Became a hero with two goals scored Joe Bryan, who opened the taps with a very clever free kick.

Fulham is coached by a 39-year-old Scott Parker, thus becoming the Premier League’s second youngest coach of Arsenal Mikel Artetan after. Parker rose to coaching responsibility in February 2019 when he replaced the team as coach Claudio Ranierin. Fulham was 19th in the Premier League at the time.

The season ended in relegation, but Parker managed to immediately lift Fulham back to the main league level after the first full season of his coaching career.

– Emotions are on the surface. I will give a face to this journey with its ups and downs and disappointments, but behind the scenes is a network of support staff to help continue in difficult times and moments, Parker said after the game Sky Sportsin in an interview.

– That’s why I feel emotional. Emotions are on the surface for those people who are not here. For those who have supported the team as well as me as a manager. That is not always the case. I am very proud of the team.

Parker, who played 18 A national matches, was bred by Charlton, who played in the Premier League not only for Charlton but also for Chelsea, Newcastle, West Ham, Tottenham and finally Fulham. Parker moved to Fulham in 2013, and that very fall he was made team captain.

He ended his career in 2017 and immediately started working in junior coaching at Tottenham. In 2018, Parker returned to Fulham and the coaching team of the representative team Slavisa Jokanovicin of use. The temporary coaching nest turned into a two-year contract in the summer of 2019, and now the trust of the club management was rewarded. Parker’s star is on the rise.

– I’ve learned a lot this season really. I am sure that I will learn more about coaching until the end of my career, but this season could not have been much more difficult. We had a lot of big, open wounds after last season that probably no outsider saw, Parker described.

– The team had to deal with deep fall-related themes. We lost (in the last Premier League season) a lot of games, and that needed attention. Those things still exist.

– It makes me very happy to see a group of players who struggled psychologically a year ago and their state of mind did not allow them to work in front of the team. Today I saw a team that represents everything that I have in the past year, said unto them.

Parker’s success as a coach was also exemplified by Joe Bryan, who scored crucial goals. Bryan said in an interview that the penalty given from 40 meters to the front corner was not a coincidence but the result of careful preparation by the coach and the player.

– Parker told me I’d shoot in the front corner. The goalkeeper comes ridiculously far from the finish line. That’s what we practiced this week, Bryan revealed.

– My eyes I have received from my father. We practiced together on the field, and he gave me eyes to interpret situations when trying to score.
