HJK is preparing to face FC Lahti in football in the Veikkausliiga on Thursday.

The club’s head coach Toni Koskela has commented on the club’s website about the starting points for the fight. The pilot admitted that the match schedule feels a little special.

– Due to the circumstances, there are now a lot of games. More confusing for these match pairs. Inter and IFK Mariehamn played last Saturday and now today on Wednesday in reverse. We also played against KuPS last Saturday and in a week we will meet KuPS again, Koskela was amazed.

– Lahti will have to come here with two days of flutes when we have four days. It would be ok if it was even three days. Likewise, we have to leave Kuopio for two days, when the Home Team has three days. Yes, this should have been made equal, the same rest periods for both teams, says Koskela.

Koskela admits that the load and its handling make it difficult to anticipate the battle.

– It’s a really hard week in Lahti. They played on Monday, come here tomorrow and the next match again on Sunday. They have a narrower ring, so it may not be possible to change players for all places, but the pace can affect the match plan, Koskela saw.
