UFC boss Dana White says the tour will return to Abu Dhabi on Fight Island later this year.
According to White, the destination was so popular with contestants that arrangements are underway for Fight Island to be seen as early as this year. White is trying to get the event held on Yas Island as early as September or October.
– Everyone wants to go there. The Octagon girls want to go there, everyone wants to leave! We are now working on the matches we would get involved this time, White told TMZ.
– Naturally, big international stars will compete there, White continues.
According to White, similar events will continue in Abu Dhabi.
– I say it now that Abu Dhabi will become the fighting capital of the world. The things we do there, the finished infrastructure and the things we plan, this place becomes a destination, White glows.
