Biathlete Kaisa Mäkäräinen, 37, who has ended her long and successful career last season, says that she has become a coach.
Mäkäräinen confirms that he started as a coach in the Vuokatti Biathlon Team. This is a biathlon group tailored for young adults.
Mäkäräinen now has its first joint camp with the Vuokatti Biathlon Team.
– Sometimes in the first days I wonder if this came too quickly. There was such a feeling that it would be nice to be on the other side, Mäkäräinen says in Vuokatti Sport’s Instagram update.
– I did not like the plan and pull rehearsing. I’ve been pretty much responsible for their own training as well, so it has not been difficult to come up with different exercises, Mäkäräinen continue.
