The Mummy Diaries star, 29, appeared in great spirits as she stepped out with her boyfriend, 32, for a spot of food at Zuma in Knightsbridge, London.
Sam looked radiant as she wowed in a pair of leather-look leggings teamed with a white shirt and a black Yves Saint Laurent waist belt.

Yet taking centre stage was a gold sparkling band on her ring finger as she sparked speculation she could be engaged to partner Paul.
Walking hand-in-hand, Sam couldn’t contain her delight as she flashed a smile and finished her look with a pair of heel boots, heart-shaped sunglasses and a gold chain necklace.
Paul cut a more low-key figure in a pair of navy chino trousers, a matching coloured knitted jumper, white T-shirt and suede shoes.

The couple appeared in great spirits as they made the most of their six year anniversary in London.
Taking to Instagram, Sam revealed they had stayed the night in a luxury hotel with a spa treatment, meal out at Zuma and a late night walk to check out the Christmas decorations being installed around the British capital.
In one loved-up snap kissing Paul, she penned: ‘Happy 6 years with you @paulknightley ❤️.’
She added on her Instagram Story: ‘A day well spent yesterday, eating lots of food, relaxing at the spa and a late night walk.’

It comes after Sam told MailOnline in September that she is ‘really excited’ about eventually tying the knot to her partner Paul.
While on a recent episode of The Mummy Diaries, Paul admitted to brother-in-law Greg Shepherd, who is married to Sam’s sister Billie, that an engagement could be on the cards soon.

Discussing their romance, he sweetly added: ‘I 100% feel like during lockdown, I didn’t think we could get any closer. We are probably that one step closer to getting married!’
In an exclusive interview with MailOnline in september, Sam discussed her plans to marry the property developer in a ‘small and intimate destination wedding’, similar to her sister Billie’s luxurious nuptials in the Maldives last March.

Earlier in the week, the media personality had gushed about taking the next step in her relationship with the father of her two children, insisting she’s ‘looking forward’ to having son Paul Jr., four, and daughter Rosie, two, take part in the ceremony.
Confessing she’s made plans about her wedding ‘in my head’ ahead of her boyfriend’s proposal, Sam told MailOnline: ‘I’m really excited for that time when it comes and I feel like I’ve got that to look forward to.
‘So much has happened since Paul and I got together. In terms of my wedding, I sort of do know what I would like.
‘I would want to get married abroad in Europe and I’d want quite a small intimate wedding. I haven’t got a planner or anything but you do think about what you’d like!’
