Footage of a pet dog eagerly trying to get its furry friend to come outside and play together has amused hundreds of thousands in China.
In the trending video, the excited pooch is seen running back and forth impatiently, seemingly trying to invite the poodle, named Hani, to join its playtime.
The poodle’s owner, who filmed the clip, told MailOnline that the pair of best friends shared a strong bond and played together every day.

The pet owner, Ms Xiang, spotted the scene on Monday while working at her shop in eastern Chinese city Lianyungang.
She had brought her poodle with her and kept him a leash when Hani’s furry friend next door appeared on the doorstep.
Excited to see its playmate, the pet dog is seen wagging its tail at Hani, seemingly asking him to come outside.
Hani, which was still tied to a table, remained still while looking at his friend as though he was saying ‘sorry, I’m not allowed’.
But the other pooch was not ready to give up just yet and started trotting back and forth, apparently trying to teach Hani how to ‘sneak out’, Ms Xiang said.
Failing to resist the temptation, Hani turned around to give his owner some kisses, seemingly asking for her permission to play.
Ms Xiang can be heard saying ‘okay, you go play with your friends’ as she unleashed the poodle.

‘They would play every day. Sometimes Hani would go out to find its friend, and other times the other dog would come to find Hani,’ Ms Xiang said.
The footage has quickly attracted over 674,000 ‘likes’ after being shared on Douyin, the Chinese equivalent of TikTok.
Amused social media users joked that the scene reminded them of their childhood.
One viewer wrote: ‘What a little ‘drama queen’! It reminds me of how I used to try to get my friends to play when I was little.’
Another commenter said: ‘This is so cute. Even though they couldn’t talk, their body language says it all!’
These two dogs are not the only ones that couldn’t get enough of playtime.
