He recently relocated to Byron Bay to Sydney to film scenes fo the upcoming Marvel blockbuster Thor: Love and Thunder. 

But Chris Hemsworth, 37, took time out of his hectic filming schedule to spend quality time with his daughter India, eight, in Double Bay on Tuesday. 

Showcasing his giant biceps in a tight white T-shirt, the doting father was seen carrying India in his arms while making his way to an upmarket cafe.

The hulking Hollywood star completed his low-key look with a pair of black Nike trousers, black-and-white sneakers and sunglasses.

India meanwhile looked adorable in a grey hoodie and powder blue track pants. 

Clutching a Rubix cube in one hand, the youngster was seen interacting with her father as he made his way down the busy boulevard.

Chris and his wife Elsa Pataky, 44, temporarily moved to Sydney from their $30million mega-mansion in Byron Bay in March to make their work commitments more manageable.   

However, the couple have since flown back to Byron Bay via private jet for short weekend trips on several occasions. 

Chris is currently scenes for his new Thor movie, while Elsa is busy working on her new action flick Interceptor.

Chris and Elsa moved to Bryon Bay with their daughter India and twin sons Sasha and Tristan, seven, in 2014.

They live in the suburb of Broken Head, a 20-minute drive from central Byron, in a mega-mansion estimated to be worth $30million.   

The property features a 50-metre infinity pool, a large Indigenous mural, two bars and a gym complex including steam, sauna and massage rooms.
