Silicon Valley alum Kumail Nanjiani took a break from filming his mystery role in Disney+ spin-off series Obi-Wan Kenobi to pump iron at a Los Angeles gym on Monday.

The Pakistan-born 43-year-old showcased his shredded shoulders and biceps while clad in a muscle tee and black joggers.

Kumail made sure to protect himself and other fitness buffs from the coronavirus by wearing a surgical face mask.

Masks are still mandatory at indoor gyms in Los Angeles, but not while walking or jogging outside.

There has been 1.2M confirmed COVID-19 cases leading to nearly 24K deaths in the city, but LA County is expected to reach the least-restrictive yellow tier any day now. 

That same day, Nanjiani – who boasts 4M social media followers – unveiled the first footage from Chloé Zhao’s The Eternals, which hits US theaters on November 5.

The Marvel Comics Universe ensemble film also stars Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, Kit Harington, and Richard Madden.
