Chris Hemsworth’s nutritionist Simon Hill buys a Bondi Beach penthouse for $3.1million 

He spends his days helping the likes of Hollywood megastar Chris Hemsworth as a nutritionist.

And on Friday, it was reported that Simon Hill used his hard-earned cash to snap up an incredible Bondi Beach penthouse – for a cool $3.1million.

Simon, who is a plant-based expert on Chris’ fitness app Centr, bought the 250sqm two-bedroom penthouse on Bondi Road in February, reports realestate.com.au.

It’s the first time the property has changed hands in more than 30 years.

The penthouse has mesmerising views of the harbour and coastline while being just a stone’s throw away from Bondi’s boutique shops and eateries.

The apartment itself has floor-to-ceiling glass panel windows, a huge private rooftop and a modern open-plan kitchen.

There are two queen bedrooms, with the master boasting unrivalled beach views and an en-suite bathroom.

There’s also a garage and an extra parking space just outside.

The property was described as a ‘once in a lifetime opportunity’, so it’s no wonder Simon wanted to snap it up a week after inspecting it.

Realestate.com.au reports he plans to completely renovate the apartment and live in it with his girlfriend Tanya Smart.

As well as working with Chris, Simon owns popular plant-based Bondi eatery Eden, which he helms with partner Tanya.

He recently released a book, The Proof is in the Plants, which gives advice on how to live better through a vegan diet.

He celebrated his book release at Eden just a week ago, with special guests including Roxy Jacenko and Osher Günsberg.
