She had a tough act to follow after Leslie Jones had the audience in stitches for night one of the 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
But Nikki Glaser showed off her comedic talents during Monday evening’s broadcast of the award show’s second part, devoted to reality television and unscripted shows.
The 36-year-old stand-up comedian sizzled with multiple wardrobe changes throughout the broadcast, which took place at the Hollywood Palladium.

Nikki arrived at the ceremony’s red carpet in a striking black mini dress that showcased her toned and tanned legs.
Her outfit featured a thick black leather belt around her midriff and an a shock of silver sequins over one shoulder, leaving the other side exposed.
The 5ft9in comic wore pointy black heels with silver bows on the fronts, and she added some extra sparkle with dangling jeweled strand earrings and a slim black handbag covered in sequins.
The outfit was just to make an entrance, though, and she rocked a new look as soon as it was time to get the show started.

Nikki made her debut on stage in a white blazer dress with prominent peaked lapels.
The look was enlivened with silver strands running down to the pockets, and she wore square-shaped jeweled earrings with the outfit.
She wore her blond locks parted down the middle and elevated her stature with a striking pair of knee-high white boots.
The show got started with some early awards before Nikki came back for a more extended monologue, in which she joked that she was perhaps best known ‘as a stand-up comedian who talks a lot about anal.’
But it was her connection to reality TV that made her an appropriate fit the award show.

Nikki recounted how she made it to the semi-finals of season four of Last Comic Standing when she was only 21.
‘I didn’t win that year, but then four years later, I went back on the show and I didn’t get any further, but I was older,’ she joked.
Adding to her reality series cred was the time she ‘appeared on Celebrity Ninja Warrior for about nine seconds’ and her time as a contestant on Dancing With The Stars season 27, when she came in ‘dead last.’
‘It was truly the most humiliating moment of my entire life, no joke,’ she continued. ‘I lost to a guy named Grocery Store Joe and a blind woman.’

Her dance partner Gleb Savchenko was in the audience, as was his later dance partner Chrishell Stause from Netflix’s Selling Sunset.
Nikki gave Gleb a shoutout and joked that she forgot how hot he was.
‘Gleb, you’re as hot as your name is disgusting,’ she said, before joking that he got an erection during one of their dance practices.
The host even referenced rumors that Gleb and Chrishell had had an affair, though both have vehemently denied the rumors.

Chrishell and Gleb seemed to be good sports and were both pictured laughing in the audience.
