She commanded attention in the bright coloured dress as she posed for pictures with her dog Bubbles and wished her 21.7million followers a ‘Happy Memorial Day Weekend’.

The actress wore a chunky turquoise necklace to match the dress and styled her long tresses straight and down the centre.
Making the most of the sunshine, Sofia took the opportunity to get a sultry snap of herself sipping some wine beside the pool.

Sofia later took to her Stories to share a clip of herself dancing barefoot with a drink her hand.
Joe, who opted for a casual shorts and T-shirt look, was pictured cooking up a storm on the barbecue before the couple and their guests tucked into the spread they had put on, pausing to take a group photograph.

Modern Family enjoyed its long 250-episode broadcast run on ABC which has the same parent company as Hulu – Disney.
Meanwhile Peacock is the streaming arm of NBCUniversal which of course own’s one of ABC’s main broadcast rivals ABC.
Disney and NBCUniversal have struck a multiple-year deal that has allowed for both company’s streamers to share the program, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
