Knives Out 2 adds another cast member! Game Of Thrones star Jessica Henwick joins Daniel Craig, Dave Bautista and Kate Hudson

She has appeared in TV series including Silk and The Defenders, and has gained attention as Nymeria Sand in Game Of Thrones.

And now Jessica Henwick has yet another coveted role to add to her résumé, in the upcoming sequel Knives Out 2, as reported by Deadline.

The actress, 28, will join Daniel Craig, Dave Bautista, Kate Hudson, Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn and others in the sequel to the 2019 whodunnit.

The casting news comes after Jessica recently secured another plum role, as a lead opposite Keanu Reeves in the highly anticipated upcoming Matrix sequel, Matrix 4. 

Other actors joining the Rian Johnson-directed thriller include Leslie Odom Jr, Madelyn Cline and Edward Norton.

Deadline reports that production is slated to begin this summer in Greece.

Henwick has enjoyed some other excellent roles over the course of her fledgling career. 

One of her breakout roles was in the Netflix Marvel series The Iron Fist, in which she played Colleen Wing.

Jessica also appeared in last year’s delightful monster caper/romance hybrid Love And Monsters, opposite Dylan O’Brien. 

She is also currently filming the buzzy action thriller The Gray Man, starring Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling.

That film, directed by the Russo Brothers, also stars and Ana de Armas, Alfre Woodard and Billy Bob Thornton.

Plot details for Knives Out 2, meanwhile, are being kept under wraps.

The first film was an ensemble mystery caper starring Craig along with Evans, Jamie Lee Curtis and Armas. The sequel is expected for release next year.
