And Tilda Swinton took a break from her hectic schedule as she enjoyed lunch with her friends at Pierluigi, in Rome, Italy, on Friday. 

It comes after the actress, 60, wore an original costume from Pier Paolo Pasolini’s 1971 The Decameron as part of the Embodying Pasolini exhibit press conference at Rome’s Mattatoio on Thursday.

Tilda cut a low-key figure for her lunch in a white plunging striped shirt dress which she teamed with a gold necklace.

Adding some finishing touches, the actress opted for a straw fan, pink sandals, black sunglasses and a sunhat.

Tilda appeared to go makeup-free as she displayed her radiant and age-defying complexion, she left her signature cropped blonde locks loose.

‘I’ve never had any ambition as an artist. That may sound crazy and transgressive, but it’s a fact,’ she told the publication.

‘If you’d asked me when I was 10 or 20, I would have said my only ambitions were to live in a family, to have friends that made me laugh and laughed at my jokes, and to live in the Highlands of Scotland, by the sea with a lot of dogs and a kitchen garden. Seriously.

‘And I have been really blessed to be able to achieve them. Everything else is a bonus. Everything else is just icing and candles and flowers alongside.’
