Dani dressed down for the solo outing, sporting a grey P.E. Nation T-shirt, matching leggings and a pair of flip-flops.

Her look was completed with a white sports watch, elegant stud earrings and her huge diamond engagement ring from Steve.

She chose not to wear makeup and tied her hair back into a messy ponytail.

Dani’s outing comes as her former cricket captain husband remains stranded in India, where 3,000 people a day are dying from Covid.

Last Tuesday, Prime Minister Scott Morrison suspended all direct commercial flights and chartered repatriation flights due to India’s shocking Covid crisis.

As a result, Steve and fellow cricket stars including David Warner and Pat Cummins, are now unable to return home, with Australia’s borders slammed shut until at least May 15th.

In addition to the cricketers, more than 9,000 Australian citizens are believed to be in India.

Mr Morrison promised that the sporting stars would not receive any preferential treatment under the new rules to protect Australia’s successful zero Covid strategy.

‘They have travelled there privately,’ the PM said last Tuesday.

‘This wasn’t part of an Australian tour. They’re under their own resources and they’ll be using those resources too, I’m sure, to see them return to Australia in accordance with their own arrangements.’

Steve’s plight in India comes after he and Dani were forced to spend last Christmas separately.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, the law graduate said it was communication that kept their union strong during that trying time.

The couple are often forced to spend time apart due to their busy schedules.

‘You’re not going to be there for every birthday, or wedding anniversary, or date night, so make sure you still make time each day to Facetime or have a chat on the phone or keep each other up to date on what happened that day,’ she said.

‘It doesn’t matter how mundane it is, whether the dog was being annoying or whether the washing [machine] broke down.”

‘Just being completely open and keeping each other informed on what’s happening in your life helps.’
